Cardiovascular Training

Interval running, stair climbing, walking lunges, sand and hill climbing, skipping, agility training, hurdles and speed ladders.

Core Strength Training

All exercises are based around functional compound movements that you need for everyday living. Sit-ups, crunches, bicycles, planks, V sit-ups and ‘thread the needle’ are some of the abdominal exercises prescribed at Girlfit.

Strength Training

Boxing, kickboxing, weights, resistance tubing, medicine balls, push-ups, squats, tug-of-war.

Boxing is a huge component of Girlfit because we believe the fitness benefits are endless. Boxing works on your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, muscular strength, stamina, coordination and power. Boxing is low impact on your joints, but is high intensity so you burn lots of calories in a short amount of time. Mentally, boxing provides self-confidence. It’s challenging and requires focus and thinking. Perfect for our girls!

Pilates Training

Girlfit Pilates offers even more variety in your training if your goal is to improve muscle tone, abdominal strength, posture, back strength or Pilates. Stretching is proven to boost your metabolism and assist in weight loss when performed on a regular basis. Best of all, anyone can do Girlfit Pilates and you will notice massive improvements in just a short time, no matter your current fitness level.


Girlfit Pilates utilises your own body weight to strengthen and stretch every part of your body, leading to all over better health and well-being.

Personal Training

With Girlfit personal training, you receive personalised sessions catering toyour individual goals. It can be an hour or half-an-hour session. Whether it’s fitness, weight loss or muscle tone you’re after, your trainer will be with you every step of the way to help you fast track and achieve your goals.

Accountability is one of the number one reasons to reach out to a personal trainer. Our personal trainers are all mobile and can train you at your home, a beach or at the park.

At Girlfit, our trainers will push you beyond your limits but keep the session fun and rewarding for you.
