How to take your measurements for a Girlfit challenge
- Your height in cm
- Your weight in kg
- Shoulders (measure at the widest point right around)
- Chest (nipple line - don't go around your arms!)
- Arms (measure at the peak of flexed bicep)
- Waist (belly button, all the way around)
- Hips (widest point around buttocks)
- Thighs (widest point)
- Calves (widest point)
