Nic's Simple Tips to help with cellulite on the thighs
- Using a loofah glove work your glove in a circular motion on your thighs until your skin turns pink (stimulation)
- Just before you get out of the shower, spray your legs with cold water for at least 20 sec
- Moisturise well, preferably with a moisturiser containg AHA

Sawtell Challenge

Sawtell Challenge girls are half way and are doing extremly well. Weigh ins have just happened at the 6 week mark with some good results. Some huge body transformation are happening, so be very proud of what you have achieved so far! You all set your individual targets and as a whole 299kgs to lose. We have a 100% commitment rate still and you all know what you have to do to get your goal result. 6 weeks to go, keep working hard and the results will keep getting bigger!! Go Girls.Permalink
